I've recently rented a storage unit from here and the customer service was spectacular. Luis G was helpful walking me through the lease and insurance with everything explained. Luis was friendly and very patient doing so. The unit and building itself was very clean. I also need help once i got there finding my unit and called customer service. The agent i spoke with, om sorry i cant remember his name guided me to my unit and was also very patient and understanding. I would recommend this company for a storage unit to anyone. Hassle free, quick and easy process.

I was able to secure my space online and see my contract within 20 minutes. The customer service on the phone was astounding. Courteous, clear, helpful and had gone above and beyond. When I asked about elevator service, I was sent a map and guided verbally. The establishment is clean, has a rest room, and the neighbor doesn't have a sketchy feel at all. Finding my unit and gaining locks was so easy. The fact that I was able to get someone on the phone who could help instead just taking a message was so settling. Love this place so far.

This is a big place, it took me a while to find my unit. My first time i went it was after hours so nobody explain to me where my unit was. I like the access time and everything but more light is needed in some units. I still will recommend it.

Joe from the Plymouth Storage is exceptional. I had an issue Sunday and had to call the central office, he totally handled everything and was very flexible. He even came when it wasn’t office hours to unlock a unit and switch a storage unit for me because I am slow and put my stuff in the wrong one! Will definitely be staying here as long as Joe is here.
