Very accessible and easy to use. The unit was very clean and spacious, and I would definitely recommend to others. The only thing I would like to see changed would be to have someone at the front desk. I have never seen anyone there. Sometimes I have questions that are too complex for email and text.

This is a great location with very good customer service. However, after just a couple of months with them, they raised the monthly rate by 70+%. When contacted they offered to reduce the increase slightly, but claimed that supply and demand for their storage space dictated that they must raise the rate. However, you can open a new unit with them at the same rate I started out. Therefore - this is clearly their way of doing business. Be careful!

When I first started renting from here, everything was great and the price was reasonable. I originally rented a 10x20 for 174 before the fees for the add on “storage defender” that sometimes takes multiple minutes to send you an alert which was 12 dollars for the device then another 12 dollars for the plan. Which then after taxes put the price to 209 per month. No biggie. Next year comes, the rent increases from 179 to 202 per month and after all fees 238 per month. Keep in mind, they have a 20% late fee, so god forbid if you forget to pay or life happens. The main issue with paying more than other places, is the carts they have. Over time they slowly became more and more comical. How does this brand new facility bringing in thousands each month from rent, have shopping carts from stores and a cart that looks like it came from the Flintstones? Not to mention, it seems like the place is up kept by the people who rent the units because there is never anyone in the office and are only there one day out of the week. It was a huge eye opener, changing to Storage World where each door has 4 high quality carts, the facility is clean, no flies coming from the dumpster outside like Snapbox. Music softly playing in the background, a restroom, 24hr access with security gates and space to park your vehicle to unload/load unlike Snapbox.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt yesterday, and he was extremely helpful and patient. He showed me a handful of spaces and explained the process very clearly. I am moving soon and will absolutely be choosing this place to store everything. It’s very clean and it just feels safe!
