This is an awesome place to go. The manager is so friendly and helpful. She always treats us with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor . The place is well maintained and easy to navigate... I would highly recommend going to this facility with this manager.

Was having a bad day I til I met Clarisa at the rt 209 location. She is professional and super helpful during this stressful move. If it wasn't for her I would not have gotten a unit with CubeSmart because space is space, but the service provided from her was impeccable. She deserves to become top manager for the whole region.

My bill jumped from $244 to $318 with zero notice or explanation. No email, no call, no warning. Just a surprise charge. What’s worse is the complete lack of customer support. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact someone to understand the increase and have left three voicemails for the manager, yet still cannot get a human being on the phone or a response of any kind. If you’re going to raise prices by that much, basic communication should be the bare minimum. This feels careless at best and predatory at worst. Posting this publicly is unfortunately the only way to get a response.

This storage facility is clean and easy to move around. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Renting a storage unit was not a bad experience at all
