Honestly had not had great experiences with Prime until I had an issue with mixing up my move-out date and I received a call from Shane, the manager. Though I didn't give Shane the benefit of the doubt that he deserved at first, he set that aside and came through for me, finding a resolution that made all parties happy. I recommend working with Prime, especially Shane.

I had a very positive experience with Prime Storage on North Atherton Street in State College. When I first arrived, I was allowed to drop my POD and unload it, which was pretty much not allowed at the time. The staff and management and grounds were all very nice, the unit was well priced (with expected increases). Recently taken over with new management and they have been very accommodating. My stay was for two years in a 10x10. I will probably use Prime again at my new destination.

I was very pleased with the service. I got at Prime storage on Atherton Street in State College. Everyone, especially the manager Shane, was very professional and very helpful. I can’t imagine any other place that would give such personal attention to some of the issues that I had. This is definitely the place to go if you have storage requirements.

Another great experience used to store our RV up here. Now we needed to move our furniture up this way. Shane was awesome! He Communicated very well, And got me a bigger unit that wasn't available by phone..
