Donna is a terrific and talented person to handle all questions, walk you through your options, and finalize the transaction. She explained my payment details and had me on my way in short order. I can’t recommend her and Extra Space strongly enough!

Today I had the pleasant experience of meeting Erin, just after having a similar experience earlier when I called in woth a question and Donna answered the phone. Both of these women were not only professional but they went further in making sure my ExtraSpace experience was an easy, timely one. Erin greeted me at the door and after I signed some paperwork she showed me to where my locker was. She didnt miss a beat while 1st showing me where the bathroom was so that I could wash my hands after loading up. I've had many experiences with other Storage facilities that did not come close to the care that Erin took in making sure all my questions were answered. And she never stopped smiling as I could tell she was 100% a people person! The type of employee that all companies desperately need these days! Thanks!! Rich

I never had any problems with the previous owner, Stowaway Storage. Since the new owner took over last month, the main gate has stopped working. Nobody seems to know why. The new owner always knows how to call me about payment, but not how to fix the gate. I expect secure access to the property that I am paying for. The new owner is a poor owner when it comes to maintenance and customer service. UPD. Today Nov. 3 2025 marks the second month that the main gate has not been working. I arrived at 6:45 a.m. and couldn’t open the other gate either. Why is the main gate still not fixed after two months? I deserve proper service for the money I’m paying! Nobody is answering my calls. This is truly shameful and very poor service from Extra Space Storage!
