The location is bright and the carts are always ready at the entrance. Suzette was wonderful at our initial rental date and the customer service continues to be wonderful!

She put a hold on a unit on my behalf and made me aware that I would be meeting and viewing the unit with the manager as a next step. I must also mention, Karen and I had a great conversation and she made me feel good about finding this storage facility. Yesterday (Sat 9/27), I met with Suzette (manager). It was close to the end of the day, as it took me more than two hours to reach the facility as I live by NYC. Suzette was professional, engaging and funny, and showed me a couple options that would work for me. We agreed on one of the units and ahe made the process to rent the unit, effortless. I really enjoyed my interaction with her. Both ladies provide a true depiction of professional care, and they clearly take their jobs seriously, and it shows. Let me also say that when I met Suzette, she was just about to clean the office floor, and it should be said that the entire facility is well-maintained and very clean. Overall, I would recommend this location for your storage needs.
