I've been with SROA for 3 years now, and I have to say that Chris has gone above and beyond to assist me today. I truly appreciate companies who realize that life happens (like blizzards lol), and go out of their way to help. In today's age of instant everything, apps and AI bots, it was beyond refreshing that someone took the time to return my call, more than once. There's a lot to be said for ACTUAL customer service these days!!! Thank you Chris for restoring some of my faith in humanity today 😅. It was a pleasure speaking with an actual human who was not dismissive, and not a bot. Thank you so much Chris at the Cumberland location! I can't thank you enough. Your assistance literally, probably just saved me from a seizure today, since that's what my brain likes to do in times of extreme stress.

Working with the customer service to get set up was smooth and easy. When I got to the storage center the gate code was not set up, I was not informed it took 24-48 hours to be activated. I did call the 800 number and was given a temporary code, so that worked out fine. Very clean space as well.

Dealing with john is easy and always a great experience. I always go to him for any knowledge on rentals and the property. The site is clean, well kept and a must see for anyone who has not been onsite. I appreciate him and all he offers. Good job john and team!!!

Was able to get exactly what I needed for storing my belongings after speaking with a gentleman named John. He was able to provide me options and really went the extra mile making sure I had everything squared away to secure my storage unit. The location has plenty of sizing options for storing items. Safe and secure location. Been a customer for a few years now, I recommend. Call and ask for John!
