My initial inquiry with their call center was a total pleasure. Very informative and thorough. Great experience/process, I spoke with Sheila who was professional and most helpful. The rental process was completed via phone and followed up with a confirmation email and a call from the Storage Facility Manager. The only negative was that the price that I was quoted and paid for, is actually a "promotional price" and scheduled to increase in 3 or 6 months. You do have the option of paying for 6 month rental costs to lock in the "promotional pricing" without a price increase. That pricing information was not disclosed by the customer service representative but by the Storage Facility Manager. I would have liked to have that information from the initial conversation to allow me to make an informed decision rather than learning of it after the fact.
