George Davis Unit F17. This place is an absolute joke. We have been calling for over 2 weeks. Our bill went from 58.00 to 216.00 even though we are still in the same unit. Only 1/2 of a full Unit. We get calls back and they continue to say they are waiting on a manager. We always pay on time and now because we have been waiting to have this resolved they have locked us out. This is poor management, poor customer service. The most disorganized place I have ever dealt with. We have spoke multiple times to Misty and Mariah with absolutely no resolve. Their is no management on site and you can never speak with one. Beware they will do you wrong!

I was very impressed with our experience at first. I misplaced the woman’s name who set up our account but I spoke with her on August 31st, 2025 and was provided a unit number where we would store our camper. On September 4, 2025 my husband and his father hauled our camper out there only to find a boat parked in our spot. My husband immediately called Stanley Storage and was told they would get in touch with the owner of the boat and call us back. Today is September 12, 2025 and we’ve heard nothing back from them. This all feels like a huge scam. It’s a shame because it started off so well and now we’ve given money for absolutely nothing. We will be calling and requesting a refund as we just drove by there to see the boat is still in our spot.

My very first call into Stanley Storage, I talked to Maria. I never had to make a 2nd call. She answered all of my questions, informed me of specials, and was able to get me a unit under contract, all while I was driving home from work! Great customer service and the location is very convenient, very clean and secure with lower pricing than their local competitors!

Ive been renting here since June of 2025 spoke to an older lady that used to work here she told me to use d 36 ive been there since June after having to move 4 other times then got a call on 18 August 2025 telling me that I have to move again due to the fact they have rented the spot that I was in. They said I was supposed to be in d 34 witch is their mistake and they will not fix their mistakes by their employees do not recommend this place to anyone

Me and my wife had a unit at this place and almost all of our belongings was ruined by them they moved the units around careless and tumbled over a lot of our things breaking items half of our things was water damaged and molded called and spoke with someone they claimed they would get back in touch about reimbursing and haven’t heard anything will never do business with again
