Went to get a storage unit here at this store and I went to talk to Megan about getting a unit. She was so helpful and knew all the answers to my questions even though she was busy with alot of people she help me in the most professional way. This woman needs a raise. Just standing there watching and waiting she handled everyone in front of me with such professional manner. I wish all places had a Megan!! You are amazing at your job. Thank for all you have done ! Would rate this 10 out of 5 stars !!!

Horrible experience. I was only with them 7 months and the first two months their my unit was broken into. Thank goodness I had already moved a lot of my items into our home. Early in November I notified the site manager I would leaving at end of November. Thank goodness we stopped my automatic payments. I was told to call or come by office when I had unit cleared out. Near the month end, two trips to empty unit and both times went by office and no one was there. I left a very detailed phone message and asked for a call back. Well, on the 5th got a text saying don't forget to make a payment. Called again, no answer and also left voice message and a chat message on the website. On the 10th got email saying payment late and late fee had been applied. Left another message and no call back yet again. Left work early to drive to location and found office locked and empty. Waited in parking lot and saw someone walk up and unlock door. Finally was able get paper work closing my account. I let the manager know how totally unhappy I was with the service.

MEGAN at Devon Storage 2648 Two Notch in Columbia had just started managing this location; but you could tell that she is definitely a leader and knows her 'stuff'! She was calm and attentive to NOT ONLY my storage needs but also other arriving patrons who needed her help accessing the gate and/or completing a reservation! It was a nice 'balance' of customer service! For any concerns I had, she was WILLING to do what she could- even if it meant that I would have to obtain a unit at another location! Customer service 20 out of 10!!! Galie YOU ROCK!!!!
