I had a reservation for Wednesday January 21, 2026. When I arrived in a cab a hasa woman pulled up and didn't identify herself and became historical ordering me to get off the property or she would call the police which she did. She would not listen to me. When the police arrived I told them that the woman was harassing me and I had a reservation. The police deescalated the situation. The next day, the women would not rente a unit to me. This woman needs to re trained if not, fired. Do you really want this person representing your company? I'm exploring legal action.

0/5 stars extremely unprofessional management. Also the facility is run down with trash everywhere including the floors and the halls. They took the bathrooms out of the facility so I was paying close to $300 a month and not even access to use the bathroom when they used to be one in the facility until they boarded it up. Walmart shopping carts inside the halls of facility also homeless people actually living out storage units here. In the front of the building, there is a bunch of stray, cats and multiple people drive up and feed them. only 1 dolly and 1 pallet jack available to help move items , never anything more . the climate controlnever worked because it was very hot during the summer and cold during the winter.

Move out easy. Unit worked well while we needed it. No longer needed. Brittany helped with smooth move out.
