This was a very positive experience. My wife and I needed last-minute storage. We called and were allowed to check out the unit to make sure it would fit what we needed, and it did. There is a U-Haul very close by, however, the price for an identical unit at the U-Haul is much higher. These units are not only more affordable but are also easier to access, which was convenient as we had a lot of heavy boxes to move. It was super easy to get set up, there is an app that makes opening the gate easy, and once in, our unit was nice and clean. There was also a cart to help move the heavy boxes. Sherry, at the front desk, made this a very pleasant experience, and I absolutely recommend this location for any storage needs.

I’m giving this 5 stars because of Sherry. She is the manager and she is friendly, so helpful and really awesome! She keeps the whole area really clean. But, the thing I appreciate the most is that she’s “just around.” I’m a woman and every time I have to go into my storage unit she will just show up in her golf cart “to check on something”. It makes me feel like she’s keeping an eye out which makes me feel safe and that means a lot.

Very easy! Everything was done online and I was able to access my unit with no problems! 2-21-26 Sherry was very professional and easy to talk to! I lost my key during the snow storm and she easily got me a new lock with no problems! Very nice lady! Quick and fast service! Thanks Sherry!🥰
