After looking at a few storage units at different locations, Extra Storage was the best fit for my needs. I was quite impressed with the location and spacious aisles at Extra Storage. The unit was clean and the parking lot was shipshape thanks to the hard work from Andrew! To add to my pleasant, seamless rental experience today, the Store Manager, John was very professional! He had a pleasant attitude and his candor was awesome! I would advise anyone in the area seeking to rent a unit to let this be your first and last stop.

Last week John Moore made my day. I had tried unsuccessfully for a while and had no luck latching my storage unit door. I found him at the office and he immediately rounded up what we needed. He tried a couple solutions and had it realigned and done. You couldn’t have asked for a better attitude and willingness to help. Thanks John , Katherine 101

John Moore, the Store Manager, has been SO helpful to me during my Extra Space lease.! He is not only professional and courteous, he has even patched up a cut on my arm one day (which I considered to be service over and above what I bargained for!) This storage space lease has saved me from a lot of trouble. John and Extra Space are the best!!

John John Customer Service was outstanding. He was very helpful. Although I forgot my key he was able to cut my lock for me. His service was spectacular. I would recommend anyone to have storage at this unit.
