Hello public storage on 229 Ebenzer Rd I will need rent now one of y'all storage units again y'all storage units Ain't hitting on nothing wanted charge me 240.00 a month for storage units when I were renting from y'all than y'all auction all of my furniture which y'all sold as y'all say probably keep it for y'all self I will never rent from y'all evil people again and I hope and pray other people don't as well y'all are the worst storage company to full with but I wanted be renting from never again y'all were worry for selling all of my stuff and through my important stuff Away instead of giving it to me honey. God got y'all number you going to reap what you sow!!!!!

I’ve had an ongoing relationship with this Public Storage location for about a year and a half to two years, and until recently, things had been manageable. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I was notified that a portion of my sectional was moved to another unit. When I attempted to contact the property manager directly, my call went unanswered, so I had to reach her through a customer service representative. During that call, the line disconnected. However, there was no follow-up call made afterward, which leads me to believe the call did not simply drop. A more professional approach would have been to return the call to ensure the issue was resolved. While I acknowledge that there were late payments on my account, the account never went into lien or auction status. Because of that, no items should have been discarded or given away—especially a single piece of furniture out of everything else in storage. At this point, I am still waiting for someone to return my call and provide clarity and accountability regarding what happened to my property. I hope management or corporate will step in to address this matter appropriately, as this situation has been handled poorly and unprofessionally.

Had a pleasant peaceful time storing at this location. No issues at all. The property manager Tim is who I’ve dealt with most and he’s always been very informative and resourceful. I will be recommending this location to others and will most likely use again in the future. Thank you Public Storage!
