This young Lady has been a blessing to me. Her patience, and character, the way she speaks, and addresses her customer is so POLITE. She is very good to her customer, EXCELLENT in her job. I have been watching 👀 her without her knowledge. You people need more workers like Honesty, I guess her mom saw HONESTY in her as a baby I guess this is why they might have named her HONESTY. 🙏💓

I didn't really understand where to go when I got to the facility and the nice young woman on duty helped me through the process -- from going in the correct door, to using the access code, to finding my unit! I got my things moved in with the help of the carts and am all set now. The facility was clean and exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Honesty was amazing! Not only did she show me around the facility and explained everything in detail, she actually assisted me with some of the technical details like adding the app to my phone. She was so personable and knowledgeable. I checked other facilities but after my experience with Honesty, I knew this was where I wanted to rent space. You have a real treasure working the office. She’s a keeper that will grow your business.

I would put negative stars if I could. This place is horrible and I strongly would advise you to NOT choose this facility for your storage. You can not trust them and I will tell you why. This is my personal experience. Please consider this when making your decision to trust a place with your goods. My husband and I have been long term renters here before it was bought out by public storage. We were very satisfied with simply storage and loved every bit of that company. They were staffed, it was a breeze getting in touch with someone when any questions came up, and the facility was clean. Carts were always stocked, floors were swept, elevator was clean, etc. A little over a year ago, public storage took over unfortunately. Almost immediately when that happened our unit was attempted to be broken into. Thankfully my husband stocked it well to where when they tried to open the door it got stuck on a tote inside so their attempt was not successful. Fast forward to present time. We are in the middle of a major move and was getting a second unit to alleviate some of the deadlines we have to meet. I just opened the unit maybe three weeks ago and only had taken over a couple of loads so far. Within three weeks, someone had broken into my unit and stole every box from inside and my luggage. This is the second time of tampering. Two units two different times within a year of each other under public storage! I would strongly advise you to consider this when you are choosing to trust this location with keeping your items “safe”. The quality has gone down significantly. It is never staffed. I tried to reach out to rectify my situation and was told that there isn’t a designated property manager that it is better to contact customer service at this facility. The carts are never stocked, the elevator is sooo dirty it’s disgusting and literally every time I have been here within the last couple of weeks (sometimes later in the evening close to their closing hours), I have not had to use my code to get inside the facility. You can just freely walk right in. There is no security, it is not monitored, you don’t need a code to get it, and anyone can just hang out here in the wee hours of the night (or day for that matter) and break into any unit just like what happened to us TWICE! I would strongly advise you to consider my experience and look elsewhere because this is not a place that I trust to look after my things. Do not come here!

Oh my. I wanted a simple storage place rental, and saw one of their deals. Do NOT use their call center to reserve a unit. I was assured MULTIPLE times that I had a space in the storage area near my place, and the rate was stated for the duration of the rental. Seems like a good deal... But, it ended up being the wrong location. When I show up to store some items, I learn it was the wrong location. Then the fun begins... So, seemed like an easy fix. Just wanted a location at our nearby spot and a refund for what was paid, or funds applied forward to a new rental. I was given a number for customer service and got C-----. Wow! Rather deal with a pit-bull. She couldn't and wouldn't do anything and ("forwarded") disconnected our call. Called again, so much better! Different service rep., a request for refund filled out, but was told it wasn't likely to happen. I was just out the money because of their mistake. Suggested I talk to reservations and then try to get a refund. At reservations, they couldn't honor the special and would be paying full price for the duration of the rental. No refund. Learned since I was already in the system, no longer eligible for discounts. Asked for a manager, and got the same story. My rental and money is now going somewhere else.
