Hello everyone this is my second time using the facility and each time I was treated with kindness and respect. I was shown the storage even though it was cold outside which meant alot to me. This is what I call A1 customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have used storage zone for many years. My building has never been broken into and my items are safe. Sandy is wonderful at helping me with anything I need. I do wish they could spray for spiders yearly though.

I have been very pleased with the service here. Everyone is so nice and willing to help with any issue that you may have. Paying online is so easy for me and very convenient too. I love that it is gated and gives you peace of mind for your stuff being secured. They give you a free lock as well when you get a unit from them. I didn’t lock the lock all the way one day and they even took the time to send me a message to let me know, so I could come back and lock it, which proves to me they go around and check over everything. I struggled deciding where I wanted to get a unit from, but I am very happy with my choice here.
