Beware. They lure you in with a sweet deal only to jump it up after a couple months. My initial payment was 118 a month. Just got noticed that it’s going to 260. I moved my stuff in less than a year ago. Furthermore, a “climate controlled“ unit got completely infested with mold and mildew. Of course they refuse to pay the bill. $3500. Then you speak to the dead eyed manager in the office there, and it’s abundantly clear he has very little to no control. Another company that hides behind corporate. Bunch of scam artists. Will never use these people ever again.

The staff is friendly which is the only plus of this place. The storage room I used was FILTHY. The floor was all broken up and DIRTY. I had my items in storage for a mere 1 1/2 months and everything was infested with mice. They were then, unfortunately, transferred to my new residence where I had to bear the burden and cost of eliminating them. Also, I experienced damage to many items stored and the clean up was a horrific, daunting chore. I filed a claim, and of course it was denied. Make sure all your items are in airtight containers and all furniture is completely sealed with plastic and then just say some prayers your items won't be infiltrated. Suggestion: check for mice droppings and urine before moving things into your residence.

I leased a parking space for my camper at this facility. They required prepayment for four months in advance at a reasonable rate on a month to month lease which seemed very reasonable and convenient. Prior to the end of the prepaid four months, I received a notice in the mail that our rent would increasing 100% due to the expiration of our so called "promotional rate." They sent this notice while advertising a lower rate to new customers (see screenshot below). I will be moving our camper elsewhere. I am thankful that I did not rent storage space from this company and have to deal with the inconvenience of a more difficult move. Based on my experience, it would appear that their business model is to get you in the door with a low rate and then gouge you with outrageously inflated rent once you've stored your goods. Beware of this company. Very shady business practices. They would receive zero stars if google would allow it.
