I had a great experience today when I stopped in for information at the Dunbar Street location. Heather was very kind and answered all of my questions in detail. In fact, in addition to answering my questions, she is the reason that I decided to go ahead and rent today. Also, while visiting my unit to place my lock on it I noticed how clean and well-lit the facility was. This was definitely a good choice for me.

Kirsten M. Blackwell at the Dunbar location is absolutely wonderful. She is a kind and thoughtful person that reall Cares about her customers. I do not do business and with any company that has poor customer service and doesn’t care show appreciation to me as a customer. Kirsten has always shown concern and values all of her customers. I have witnessed her courtesy with other customers when they come to the office when I am there. She is super and I feel good about being at Extra Space storage because of her. Thanks! D.D.

So I half to say I had the pleasure of making acquaintance with Heather today. She's such a pleasant person and so willing to help out. I came to the storage unit today to help a family friend move and she was there to assist us in any thing that we had questions with and needed.

Although I am a past customer of Extra Space Storage on Dunbar St, my experience with them yesterday was not as a customer. I had been in a car accident yesterday morning and needed a place to park my car until the tow truck got there. The place I had parked it originally was not a safe space and the tow truck was taking too long. Extra Space was about a block and a half away, so I called and Kirsten graciously allowed me to come and park there until the tow truck came. After all I had experienced that day, I so appreciated her kindness.
