I’ve been storing here for months and I’ve appreciated how easy and accessible the process has been. Thank you Adham and Cael for your excellent service!! Update: After 3 months of storage I was shocked to receive notice that my monthly rate has DOUBLED from my initial move-in rate. It’s definitely more my fault for not reading the fine print (because the service I received was still amazing) but I’m disheartened by the policy that allows that big of an increase to happen.

This is the second time that I’ve rented from Extra Space Storage. The service I received from Adham last time was the reason I returned. This time, both Adham and Cael were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, and I cannot compliment them highly enough. BTW, this facility has room for a semitrailer to access some of the units. That helped us greatly last time. The facility allows a semi to enter, turn, and exit easily. The pavement pattern is a “U” shape. Perfect!

Great experience! Super easy to book the rental, fair rates, and easy access. The staff were super friendly and very helpful with my questions, Cael in specific was who assisted me both when I got the unit and when I completed my move out- and was fantastic. W employee , W storage facility. No complaints at all.

Adam was our customer service representative for 2 1/2 years multiple rooms, multiple family members. We were all there because of his EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL HONEST Service. He was so kind when I lost my husband. I highly recommend this facility we couldn't have had a better experience. Adam you will remain "family" always to the Read's. Thank you young man. There's no better Representative for Extra Space then Adam.
