The White Horse rd location is not well maintained, the gate is left open all day and good luck finding someone on property to help. My first issue is that even though I declined the insurance, I was charged for it anyway and had to call corporate customer service to get it resolved. They stopped charging me but I never received the refund that was promised. Whoever drives the black mustang and works in the office is rude. If she spent as much time focused cleaning the property as she does stalking paying customers, it wouldn't be a half bad storage facility. Multiple broken doors on multiple buildings, so it's not that secure. Trash along all the buildings, even though they close one day during the week to maintain the property, the manager here must be lazy. The only reason I chose this place was the price, I only needed it for about a month. But would never rent at this location again. Also, I gave them notice that I was vacating the unit and I'm being harassed daily about payment. When I called this morning the woman told me that I'll be sent to collections. Demanded that I have to make a payment because they didnt notate my account. Go for it, I dare you. Same people that charged me for insurance and acted like it was my fault. If I hadn't been harassed for 2 weeks, I wouldn't be leaving this review. Oh, and they repair the walls with cheap mdf board that you could easily tear off the wall and access the units on any side of you. The units are actually not secure at all!!

Terrible customer service. Someone tried to break into my unit and I couldn’t get the door open. I tried calling multiple numbers to speak with someone but no one would answer. No one could help me and no one was in the office even though it said they were open until 5 and I was present at 3:45.

Me and my husband love this storage unit facility. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. The place itself is cared for and well kept. Units are cleaned well and so far we have had no issues with anything. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family. And a big thanks to the wonderful lady that works there Sommer.

Here with truckload at 2pm on Friday. Sign says out to lunch!! Though someone's in there with dogs. Heading to place down the street. Cheaper I just found out
