I called to confirm pricing after being priced to death at another storage provider. Pricing was acceptable, once I did the electronic contract I was contacted by the local provider and was blown away in regards to the level of customer service this local team provides. First, the unit I picked online wasn't where I really wanted so Jeff Cramer helped to find another available unit. After checking out the new unit the locking mechanism was in disrepair. I went to the office and found that Jeff was off and Darin was filling in. Darin jumped up and ran straight to my new unit and replaced the mechanism. I was totally impressed how efficient this team was. As of late I mentioned that the door seal was allowing debris to blow under it. Again, Jeff coordinated a time and completly replaced the seal. I am shocked at the level of service they provide in a time where customer service isnt always first and foremost.
