A while ago, I got a unit at the facility online. It was a great deal, but slowly the fees increased, even tripled. I went to the office to make arrangements to move out and look for a different facility. Linda was able to find me a larger unit for less money and told me about a program to lock the fee for 6 months. It was worth visiting the office because Linda was incredibly knowledgeable & saved them from losing a customer.

My experience from the moment I walked in until my final purchase was the Best Customer Service I experienced in a very long time !! My first experience was with Andrew who was kind and a pleasure to talk to . He helped me through the entire process!! He gave me all the information I needed!! On my 2nd visit the next day to purchase my Storage space I was once again helped with great Service with Linda . She was kind and funny and walked me through the final steps of renting my storage . It didn’t feel like it was just business but very personal with both Andrew and Linda . The best experience!! I will definitely recommend this company!!

Moving from over four hours away, we stopped in and had many questions for Chris. He took time out of his day to answer every question We had also gave information that you would need to know with moving to the beach. Helped us find two units the size that we needed. Would highly recommend stopping in and visiting the location. We were impressed with how clean and well taken care of the property was.
