UPDATE I PUT IN A INSURANCE CLAIM AND IT WAS DENIED. THEY SAID THERE WAS NO LEAKS ETC. SO THEY DENIED IT MY NEXT STEP IS CALLING THE BBS AND PUT A COMPLAINT THERE. THESE THINGS CAN NOT BE REPLACED THE TABLE CAME FROM A RELATIVE THAT PASSED AWAY 😭 Highly disappointed . I havd been renting since 2022 had maybe one problem the whole time . I rented a unit that was in climate control inside paid my insurance that they make you take out every month I went to move out of unit 890 my things where moldy n ruined . When I went to the office they where closed. There was no notice saying anything bout having a problem with the units not once did I get a call from anyone there. I will b contacting them Tuesday morning. If nothing is done I will b contacting a lawyer. This is unacceptable.zero stars

Larry was awesome he gave us the best unit close to our other unit. HE DESERVES A HUGE RAISE!! This is my third unit and renting through Larry. I would not rent through anyone else. You are the best Larry. I rented another space to put my mini cooper for a few months. Once again Larry was awesome in helping my wife and I.

She made the whole process quick and easy and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciate how attentive and professional she was. Highly recommend!

I am in the process of moving and needed a storage unit temporarily. The process was very smooth and easy and Mike was so helpful and awesome! He was willing to Stay a little later since I don't get off work until 5 and have a 45-50 minute commute back to the area. He was very understanding. If you visit this location go ask Mike. Very reasonable prices also !

This storage facility is awesome! It is in a great location with easy access, easy to get in and out of. The customer service I received was above and beyond so welcoming and helpful. They also have a great stock of products for your moving or storage needs.
