During a very stressful and difficult personal situation, she went above and beyond to communicate clearly, respond quickly, and work with me in every way possible. What stood out most was not just her efficiency, but her genuine humanity. She treated me with respect, patience, and kindness at a time when that truly mattered. It is rare to encounter someone who balances firm professionalism with such empathy and understanding. Her efforts did not go unnoticed, and I hope her leadership knows what an asset she is to this business. Public storage has been a top tier experience! Shay who is the property manger has done such an excellent Job going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had a great move out. I had been with public storage for a year, although the storage fee goes up often (which I did not like) the portal and online access is fantastic and the inside and outside of the property is always clean. However, what made this experience wonderful was the property manger Shay! If I had to call in for anything she would always call back promptly handling any issues or concerns I had with such pleasant energy. I also moved to GA, which complicated some things but it was no match for Ms. Shay, she handled everything so professionally with such a positive attitude. The month of December, I misplaced my keys to my storage all while trying to move out within the same month in a different state and it was pure Chaos for me, plus it was during the holiday (Christmas & New Year). She stayed on top of contacting lock out to make sure I did not have to pay for a lock smith because I needed to move everything before the first of January. Shay resolved the problem fast and efficient so that I could move out on time, all while saving me so money. There was so much more that happened that she assisted with… whew lol, but this was the one that touched me the most. She understood that I was still just a human being having a human experience and life just be lifing lol. She brought great ease through this process and I am so grateful to have had someone so caring, supportive and genuine in such a crucial time! Shay you were amazing.

Special Thanks to the lady property manager "Shay"; she's a beautiful light in the darkness that facility location is a beacon!! and she's the light !!! she helped me several times with getting my code password any questions about my reservation and or my unit this is P.O.S.M. Kash Rulez. We are G.R.I.T. Gulla Reparations International Taskforce we're going to be offering free rides professional Moving services and other amenities at this reparations station we asked if you just contact us in advance for any help you may need moving things we won't charge we also have artwork available and other products available for a loan on our co-op we have a non-profit will we get back to the community and then we have a for-profit we have our movies and DVDs for sale but we also have a co-op where you take one of our items on a loan if you bring it back 33 to 36% of profit makes you pay for it

Came into the store looking for a unit to store equipment for my business and I was greeted by a lovely associate by the name of Awny. He was very helpful and informative. He gave me a breakdown of how public storage works and what all it includes. Although I'm not ready to move in at this time, he made it a pleasurable experience and I look forward to using public storage in the near future.
