We have had a unit here for over 15 years. Good safe place to store your extra items in Pawleys Island ,24/7 access, gate always works , friendly staff, there are all different size units and also a few outside spots sized for a truck, car or small boat , for a example this unit ran us $110 a month in October 2021, it is not big enough for a car but organized it holds a lot of your valuables, I believe insurance of some kind is available. automatic withdraw payment option or monthly by phone or mail, We built by screwing free standing racks, three rows of them that were about 16 inches wide that left us room to walk through and we kept everything off the floor. We never had problems with flooding or had any water, mice or bugs with the exception of Palmetto bugs as you know they are the number one state pest, so if you don’t want the little fellows spray your cardboard or wood down at the bottom and they will find someone else’s unit to ride out the winter. All in all , I would use them again if needed and would also recommend them to a friend. JimmyE Pawleys Island
