I rented storage for 2 months at the Piedmont location. Unit was clean and encountered no problems at the storage location. Would rent again if storage was needed.

The place is not secure. The fence was broken and anyone could walk in. It took over 7 months for them to fix it. You do not need a code to get out, so anyone can follow a legit customer in, take anything they wa nt, drive up to the gate and leave. Also the trailers and boats have no cameras covering the area. Our camper was broken into along with several others. They offered nothing to cover our losses. I know of a couple who's enclosed utility trailer was very recently stolen. This is the RV storage area on Agusta road behind 3 Friends.

Rented a unit from highway 81 location today.. The representative was extremely helpful and very very nice! The facility is clean and secure. I am very pleased!
