Kiera was extremely engaged in finding unit availability and took a very proactive approach to earn my business and find a storage unit that fit my needs. She also got me all set up with the I renters agreement and gate access in a timely manner. Kiera was very efficient and customer centric. Melina was just Awesome!! She was amazingly fast and informative, but at the same time allowed me the time I needed to take what time I needed in order to read any documents. She was very concise and seemed to know exactly what questions I would ask before I asked them. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I've had in any business I've dealt with. Thank you so much. The facility was laid out in a manner that makes sense, the staff member on site took the time to show me to my rental and explain any ins and outs that I may need to know. He also knew my name from my reservation when I came in and met me at the door. All around, I wish that all businesses had this great of customer service. It really shows that you guys care.

Very clean facility and the staff is friendly and attentive. We leased an indoor RV space and not only were they watching for us when we arrived, we were met outside to give us the lay of the land and helped us to easily back into our space. They are there for you if you need any assistance at all. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

I had trouble with the rental agreement using my IPhone, but the onsite personnel were very professional and helpful. I also used the virtual assistant onsite and that was very helpful as well.
