I have a few units in this location because I feel that my business is appreciated, and the property manager is awesome! She is always there for us when we need her service regardless of the time or day! Besides, almost a year and they have never increased my rate! I highly recommend this place if your storage needs are long-term rather than other places around in which you will get constant price increases.

Miss Bundrick is an amazing employee. She goes above and beyond for all of us customers! If it wasn't for her I don't think this place would survive. I don't know who the owner is but if they read this, she need a big raise!!

I used this company a few years ago an it went great this time horrible the woman who runs the office constantly forgets their lock on my unit will bill had been paid one time it was on there an I had never even paid bill late I have gone there with people to get my stuff an both times when bill was paid their lock was on my unit again I called emergency number one time she came an unlocked it an my kids an I had to wait in heat to get in an she always has an excuse as to why she forgot it second time she was at a funeral which I get but someone should have been available an the lock should not have been on there bill was paid on time I was only given a 25$ credit for wasting peoples time to help me move as a single mother a not being able to get my children's bed for the new place now my stuff is still in there an I've been paying bill because no one wants to help me move because they have come twice an this has happened when I called to discuss this because my mom handled the issue before but now I run into another problem so I discussed this one too the office lady told Mr she doesn't care she tried to justify lock being on there and told me she doesn't care about my reviews move out tomorrow yelled at me an hung up but I told her in that same convo I was going to pay my bill next day an so I had my mother call to pay bill while u was at work an she did not answer or return her call intentionally making my payment late they have horrible customer service an can't see where they were wrong in this situation I have not had access to my unit like I should have for never paying late accept twice which was recent an apparently she had been waving some fee I didn't know about but I feel she did it because she knows she is wrong I will never use them again or recommend anyone to them again after this my stuff would be out had the lock not been forgotten on there period! I've sent them business to but never again ..
