This is a review for the introductory process of getting a unit - Vernon was on duty when I was initially deciding on size and he was so patient and took his time to take me around looking at the different options. I appreciated his calm, helpful, friendly manner in helping me decide which unit to get. Then the next day, I needed to make a change and I went in and talked to Diane who was also super helpful and gracious. She switched me over to a different unit and was so efficient and great at explaining the options and pricing. The general office area is clean and even the units that I looked at in the buildings look well managed, and taken care of. I’m already glad I made this choice and really appreciate the helpful staff that make a sometimes stressful experience like moving, so much better. Kudos to the team here!

The facility and staff are great. Perfect climate conditions and easy to use. BUT RENT just went up AGAIN. Omg. Outrageous. Time to finance a really good shed-s/he space. PERSPECTIVE: 10'x10' start rent was 110$; 6 months later 139$. Now, next month goes to $200!

I moved to Summerville from NM, so everything was set up online. I was assigned a unit at the rear of the facility. My delivery came on on Friday night. When the mover arrived, he could not get the truck back to my storage area. Diane reassigned me to a unit at the front which saved me considerable time/money the mover wanted to charge. She stayed with me and looked out for me and my belongings when an issue arose with the driver and also when I had to leave the premises for a short time. She looked out for me in my comings and goings the entire rental period. Should I ever need a storage unit again, I would definitely use Extra Space Storage (ESS). It was a pleasure to work with Diane. Kudos to Diane and ESS!
