Jason ChristmasSo far I have had mixed results. I have been able to obtain entry into the facilities, however the gate code has yet to work for me. I have called customer service and they provided me with other means of entry through a side gate. I have also driven past the facility and noticed the front gate is open with no one inside. And they are definitely having issues with the electronic gate. But overall the unit is a good clean unit, and a great value for the location which is close to where I live right now. Good customer service over the phone. ****Update****Issues with the gate have been fixed and I have been able to access through the automatic gate now. The owner responded to my review and shortly thereafter I was able to get into the gate. Good, clean and a good value storage facility.

The process of renting a unit here was pretty simple. Was able to do it primarily through the phone although there were some issues with getting all of the information transmitted at one time, and did have to make some phone calls to finalize and make payments. Staff was very pleasant and easy to work with, and overall my experience was positive.

Marquita CurtisVery affordable and friendly facility. I love that you can communicate through phone, text and/or email. This facility gives the literal definition for "move in ready ". They have a lock included in the units too. The only think I didn't like was the huge price increase from the "special". It wasn't listed anywhere how much it would increase and/or if it would.
MSGTGhor57I like how simple it is to rent a unit without 'breaking the bank' for temporary storage. Aside from the fees, the units I've rented were just big enough for my household goods (even though I've barely filled out one of the units).
