She has been at Extra Space for quite a while (I’ve stored with them for about 7 years now and she’s been there from the beginning) and is always the friendly voice I hear on the other end of the phone when I call. I know when she answers, I’ll get the help I need. She was willing to help me out when I need a dolly and even brought it to me at my unit. Highly recommend this place to store your possessions.
