I had a camper parked there for 7-8 years when I needed it to be stored during the offseason or just needed it out of the way, and never was anything missing, messed with, or damaged. Travis always was courteous and even gave me a call whenever my card had expired and I forgot to update him. I always appreciated that he didn’t make a big deal out of it and just laughed because it was an honest mistake. I only gave up my spot because we moved an hour away, but would highly recommend rocky top storage.

Travis runs a great service for storage facilities. I had an RV stored for about a year with no problems and a storage room as well. Took my payments out automatically with no problems. I would store there again!!!!

I rented a unit from Travis for about 8 years. Never any issues. Any time I called he was prompt to answer or return my call. He was pleasant and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a safe storage facility.

Kept my travel trailer at this facility for over 4 years. Never had any issues with getting in or out at any time of day. Security was awesome. This was one of my main concerns regarding where to keep my trailer. Rocky Top Self Storage is the best! Wish I could give 10 Stars!!!

Terrible rude "customer service". Charged me $60 more than website AND signed contract said & when I asked about it he was very rude & unprofessional & just said if I wanted to argue I could just move on. Very poor ethics of running a business. Would not recommend.
