We moved into this storage facility just three days ago, and the experience has been awful from the start. On day one, our unit wasn’t even cleaned — it had trash inside, wasn’t swept, and there were active bee nests. Today, we came back to find piles of garbage left around the units, including dangerous items like a used syringe. The place is clearly not maintained, and it feels unsafe and unsanitary. To make matters worse, it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of management. For the money we’re paying, this is unacceptable. I want my money back. Do not rent here.

If I could rate 0, I would. Absolutely horrendous experience with this specific location. My first unit was broken into within the first 2 weeks. After that, the unit door ended up fully breaking and became unable to shut or lock, leaving my items fully exposed overnight as they made arrangements. Red dot customer service told me they'd allow me to move my items to another unit, but the only unit available was the largest offered. Meanwhile, I had 10×10. I expressed that I couldn't afford one that large. They assured me the cost of storage would stay the same. Well, the renewal date came around, and my old unit wasn't fixed yet, so I got a bit fat bill of $190. They refused to work with me on the phone in any way to allow me to retrieve my items at the least. Of course, they make you pay them, even just to get your own stuff. So after a day of phone tag, I finally found some help and had gotten it paid. When we arrived at the unit after some heated phone calls with red dot, magically, my unit was ransacked and absolutely turned upside down. Weirdest things were taken like my anime figurines and cosplay wigs. Jewelery and such were left, hundreds of dollars of squishmellows, and more were left behind. But things were strewn everywhere, paintings I painted were damaged/ripped, glass items shattered, I can tell some things were stomped on. My clothes were thrown all over. It seemed very different from the first time they actually stole some valuable items. Everyone I talk to about this and report this to agrees its an inside job. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBBED. I kept this review waiting for a day to make sure I was 100% outta there so no more employees can retaliate. I can say firmly that I hate this entire company and what it stands for.

By far the worst storage unit ever. My unit got broken into twice and they never helped me on the second time it got broken into even with police report. They have security cameras that they won’t give to police for evidence and the manager is super unprofessional and never available. I had a scheduled time and date for them to remove the lock they put on my storage unit and 5 days later it was still on. They took over a week to clear my unit after I moved out so I got charged another month and then the break ins are so bad there they have trail cameras in the trees and it’s not properly secured because half of the units back up to the woods so that’s where the thieves come from and they know this and have done nothing to properly secure the area. Once the break in occurred they decided to start charging me almost 40$ extra a month

DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE. I thought this was a nice storage location, that it'd be hidden from criminals. Turns out they do not maintain their fence line nor their cameras. Their cameras half the time do not work, especially when police are requesting footage. After locking my unit I left it for 2 weeks, upon arrival I found that my unit had been broken into and valuables had been stolen. Shortly after my units door and lock system broke, not to my own fault, and the door couldn't close, let alone lock. My items had to be left exposed overnight so red dot customer service could find an accommodating unit until repairs finished. The only offer they gave me was a 10x30 when i had a 10x10. I explained to customer service i couldn't afford anything larger then what i had but they told me rental price wouldn't change so i made the switch while they fixed my old unit. When repairs finished they called and said i could move back to my old unit but when i went to do so my access was suspended. Come to find they increased the unit rent by $120.00 and they refused to honor the agreement we previously made. After many long and heated phone conversations I finally got some help and was able to pay $192.00 to just move out. When i got to my unit this time, i was met with a ransacked unit. Can't tell what was stolen as everything was strewn around, clothes taken out of bags and thrown, shoes everywhere, items just scattered (refer to pictures and video's). I found broken vases, glass items in general, someone else's unit items also broken sitting in my unit. It was a sight of what id say was disrespect, rage, and hate. It looks as if someone went in to purely ruin items, not steal them, although there are things missing from this break in as well. So, within four months i got broken into twice and screwed over by red dot the whole time. Its a sham how this company is run. No morals, no values. I could recommend storing your items at the bottom of a river vs here. It'd be safer.

DO NOT USE THE STORAGE COMPANY. My entire bedroom set was stolen out of my unit. All that was left behind was trash and boxes. I asked to have my last payment waived and they refused . I pay you all to make sure my items are safely secured , so why should I pay when your security is sorely lacking. If you are reading this Please consider another company. As you can see by the reviews, I am not the only one this has happened to and I wouldn’t be surprised if this was an inside job. Also Red dot , please don’t respond with some prewritten template expressing your fake concern when it’s obvious you don’t care about your customers. If you all cared to make things right, you would have done so when I contacted your customer service, not after you get called out with a public review.
