DO NOT RENT HERE, THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU THEN LIE LATER SAYING THEY SENT YOU NOTIFICATION. I called today questioning why I am now being charged an absurdly larger amount than what my contract has been. The agent was extremely rude on the phone to me. At first he said they sent a 30 day notice to my email. After I verified it wasn't in email, he later said "no I said letter in the mail". I stated he said email but that I also haven't received a letter in the mail and asked if he could send me proof. He said that he previously said letter in the mail and he can't do that but he knows they sent it because it's showing on his end. His tone was rude and the situation sounds sketchy. I receive mail and emails from everything else just fine, but they can't prove they sent something I know they didn't send?? They also charged me early for January. After my time is up in January I will be switching to a better storage unit.

Stay away....raising rates for no reason. Gets you in - then boom...rate raised for no reason, just an automated email - and good luck trying to get someone on the phone. Customer service has gone to garbage since Public Storage took over Simply Storage.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Terrible facility. I need 24 hour access if im parking trucks here, and you failed to include that in the conversation just like you failed to mention where the actual facility was. Let me add this. They get you in at a reasonable price then increase your rent out the blue, and put it in the fine print. Stay away DO NOT COME HERE.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Please do not use this facility. I had my stuff in storage for a year and when we moved it out our unit was infested with brown recluse spiders!!!! We had to throw away our box spring and futon. It was a nightmare!! I tried to call the owner/manager multiple times and he never did call me back. Please please do not use this company!!!! Please look through my pictures and see for yourself.

Don't do business with these people. The management is horrible. The gates rarely work correctly. They show one amount due on your account on the due date then after you pay it you get messages that your account is past due because they added extra fees and marked them as past due. Multiple people I know using them have left due to poor management now.
