This was my first ever storage building as I’ve never had a big move before, despite that the owner and their team has been amazing! They answer phone calls very efficiently and even if they miss your call they will call you back. They are extremely clear when it comes to bills and the entire process which meant I was never confused. There were no leaks and the unit was very clean. There was a giant weed infront of our unit, as the photo attached shows, however that was ignorable due to the amazing staff! Thank you all! Will recommend to friends.

This place is a Black Hole for YOUR MONEY!!! It's not even worth one star! We called & asked what was owed to bring the account current & paid in full. That amount was paid & then we went to get some things out. Was told code to get in the gate three different times before they got it right. The next day went by to get more things, when it was discovered that the gate code had been changed again & a lock put on my room so could not enter. When asked for the reason was told late fees were owed? There were no late fees spoke of when payment was paid less than 12hrs before?! The place is a Black hole for your money! Male is rude, understands nothing about business or how to treat or speak to people. Best advice I could give is to avoid this place!!

I've had time to find out how the owners truly are. They are fraudsters, they will lie to your face about what you owe, you'll pay it, then they say they made a mistake and you owed more. They don't notify you of this they just apply your next payment to . But because their fees are so outrageous, it doesn't pay and they can charge more fees. Do not put your items here. Today is the first I've been trying to make a payment, but no one is there to take it. So tomorrow I will owe a fee. Beware if you store anything here

This facility is safe and secure. The owners are polite and professional. I would definitely rent from them again!
