We have our travel trailer here in the outdoor storage. Gravel lot, with no cover but this place has been perfect for us. It is close to the house and we know the facility is secure which gives us peace of mind. Tinelle is on site and has been super helpful. At times it can be tricky to make a left hand turn on Callahan road and the gravel storage lot has a few holes. But overall it's been great!

I’m extremely disappointed with this storage facility. When I first signed up, my monthly rent was $88. In less than a year, they raised it to $180 — more than double the original price. That kind of increase feels excessive and completely unreasonable. There was no significant improvement to the facility, security, or services to justify such a dramatic hike. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in at a lower rate and then raise prices once you’re locked in and it’s inconvenient to move your belongings. If you’re considering renting here, be aware that the “introductory” rate may not last long. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Beware of renting units here. I was misled about alot of things. I am on a fixed income and was very upfront about it. I rented 5 units for a decent price even though I was charged an admin fee and a lock fee for each one on top of the first month's rent. The rent has kept going up until now (only 9 months later) it is 3 times what it was originally. No matter what they tell you when you rent a unit make sure it's in writing.
