The space is absolutely clean, Air-conditioned and heated depending on the time of the year. The customer service has been great. Getting my unit was a breeze. I'm able to check in with my app. Great prices. Elevator access, They even have carts your able to use to take up to your unit!

We'd never used self-storage before and I wasn't sure if this was practical for us doing a short term house renovation, but we had an amazingly accommodating experience with this location, and with Dan! I'm really demanding before I sign anything and he literally answered every question I had with clarity and finely tuned detail. That's beyond rare for me and that alone is reason enough to go back here every time we need to store things safely (now that I know how easy it can be and how much they help first-timers). The split level parking access was a blessing for the bigger stuff we moved and overall Dan just did everything possible to make it work for us. I didn't think we could, but Daniel even helped us make changes when we wanted higher insurance coverage to make the most of the storage space! I like a well run facility, but I love meeting people who take to the details of managing this sort of thing with the utmost quality (you just don't see that anymore!). So while I was scared of this at first (cause I've seen the dodgy warehouses that some places are, before they started making these nicer indoor type places), but we got a beyond amazing price for several months here and knowing Dan was keeping an eye on things and knew all the answers (and the air conditioning!) it made this a perfect opportunity. First time, but we'll be back! I will say, we didn't get to meet the other fella who works this location but I can't imagine this place running any better. Hope it stays this excellent. 5 Stars!

Great place! Space is very clean and convenient and there are cameras for security. Excellent customer service. Very responsive and helpful! I reserved my space incorrectly and Dan helped correct my error and got me into the one I intended. Highly recommended!

This place has been a great place. They’re convent to my location, my jobsite, and to the interstate. Dan has been very helpful and he remembers his customers very well. He’s also available to reach when needed or even Shawn. I definitely recommend this place to others.
