The service is always great at the facility. The site stays clean and maintained. The units aren't all cramped together. I have freedom to move and rearrange if need be. I would give it five stars if the higher ups would lower the price a bit.

The FreeUp storage management team in Hixson is always polite, friendly, and very responsive. Tammy was always helpful from rental through close out of our temporary 10’ x 15’ enclosed space; and Carrie just helped us quickly secure a suitable spot nearby for a trailer on short notice. These wonderful ladies run a welcoming, clean, and tight ship. Bravo Zulu to both!

Carrie and Tammy at the Hixson Rd., Freeup location were excellent to partner with when it came to move out of one unit, providing insurance information for multiple units, fixing a few errors, etc. Carrie was thorough, communicative, ensured the job was done immediately and offered guidance in multiple other areas. Once I mentioned one of our units was vacated, Tammy immediately got in her car to inspect the unit and came back with a report partnering with Carrie to get it done in minutes. They were focused, kind, helpful, engaging and very pleasant to engage with. With them leading at the helm of the business, I’m confident they’ll continue to have great success.
