I had to meet with Corban Young upon the clear out of my unit. He's from here and he's the "face of corporate" when someone has to meet with a KO representative locally. Corban is an outstanding young man who was an absolute pleasure to work with and I'll gladly refer anyone with storage needs to KO if only because of m experience with such a down to earth and excellent guy. Facilities are clean and quiet.

This was a wonderful business until corporate took over. Now it’s absolutely horrible. Want to call in? Good luck with getting someone to answer, you’ll sit on hold with awful music until about 14 minutes in, then the music finally runs out but still no customer service.
