Facilities are great but the mobile app and website are terrible to setup. I work in IT and deal with this sort of troubleshooting constantly but when you just changed your own password and copy and paste it into the password field from your password manager and it tells you it’s incorrect then something needs to change. The website to log into your account could be a lot better too since you have to scroll through a list of sites. It would be much easier if they would let you type your zip code in to find your location instead of scrolling through the non alphabetized list of sites or even just sorting by state would help a lot of people out. Sharing access also is really terrible because when my wife received a text with the password, it just told her that there was an error and it couldn’t log her in with the provided password.

My ratings are for the two people that help me get through the online process of getting two storage units. I haven't experienced anything with my unit, as of yet, as I won't be moving in until Wednesday on the 15th of October this year. D'Letia and TJ were very patient and very helpful with walking me through everything to get the application done. I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. I'm a senior citizen and I am not Tech savvy whatsoever. I want to give a big shout out to them for helping me, being very kind, and very helpful. They are terrific employees!

Everything I had in my units was water damaged and molded. In which I was sent to an insurance claim and received pennies on the dollar for what was ruined. And the rates increased while I was there. Want climate controlled and your stuff protected? This isnt the place for you! Impossible to talk to anyone in “management” as well. Great concept terrible service. Heres the bottom of my dresser.
