Claude ConnerI got one female named kim or ken and she was super rude and i did not like her. I got another named i believe stephanie and she helped me out and explained everything well but she didnt follow through with what she said she would do. Then i got someone names ashley and she was a delight she joked with me and was able to help me out and seemed very informed on her job. I absolutely adore her if you ever call in i recommend talking to her. She is absolutely wonderful. Kwep up the good work!!
J NortonOur unit (#7) on Alder Branch is great. ** Heads up if coming in with a big truck or pickup and trailer.... you'll have to back out from your unit as it is impossible to make the turns around the buildings. It's very tight but not much of a hassle . There is plenty of room to turn yourself around by the entrance once you're inside the gate. Other wise, the storage facility is perfect, well kept and secure. THANK YOU to Kimberly!! She was such an amazing help, extremely thorough in the entire process, even with our back and forth and was very personable! Thanks to her, I'll use Affordable storage guys locations anytime they have a facility close enough. Thanks Josh!

Bought a auction unit from them. Will not do that again. 1st problem they charge a$100 deposit normally that's ok because it's cash. Not this company they charge your credit card.Then charge you a processing fee. On top of when you clean the unit out, they don't even issue the refund until a day later. I have bought many storage units.This company is the only one that doesn't take cash.
