These folks are RIP OFFS! Do NOT rent here! They often leave the gate WIDE OPEN so people can just walk in are start cutting locks.....THEN other times you can't get in because the gate is broken! They don't tell you up front either that you will get a $21.00 rate INCREASE just 5 months later! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WE HAVE LOTS OF CHOICES!

I had a couple issues with the online part where I needed to view my unit number, I had to call to get the info but they provided me with a temporary pass code for the gate, so I didn’t wait long! Customer service was amazing and very kind. This is my first time using a storage unit and so far I have no complaints!

I like this place. They have amazing customer service and affordable, competitive rates. They go above and beyond. The lady who helped rent us the unit stayed on the phone with me for an hour or more helping to decide what unit size would accommodate the things I have to store and with payment options so I could rent the unit remotely and move in immediately. They also sent text and email verifications of the transaction, gate code, etc... The next day after moving in they called again just to make sure things went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the unit. It is well lit, with cameras and fenced in. Everything is clean and in working order. The location is convenient as well. I definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a storage unit with good security, great customer service and affordable, competitive prices.

The only issue I had was that I received an incorrect code to access my unit. The customer service department was able to get the code, but it did take some time to do so. Other than that my experience has been wonderful.
