We rent a storage area at the Spring Hill location at 4792 Main St. The facility is very clean, climate well maintained. Amelia is always very kind and helpful. She really makes a difference.

Don’t get storage here. They get you in the door and then raise the price!! I got my storage unit in February 2025 for $148/month, including insurance. On June 2025, I was charged $199 (10x10 space). I called to inquire about the charge. I was told that the rate had increased and that an email was sent to me. While on the phone with the representative, I checked my email. I had not received any emails from Public Storage. I even checked my junk email folder and my deleted email folder. When I initially rented the storage I was not told that the price I was getting it for was for a limited amount of time. If I was, and it wasn’t…. they did not disclosed this at all. Here it is, 4 months later and it has increased $50!!! That’s crazy!!! There are other climate controlled facilities that are reasonable and not $200 a month for the space 10x10 space! Besides, it’s hard to get in and out of when there’s traffic. I will be moving my items to a different storage facility.

Trust me, 1st month is $1. Then the next 3 months will increase to amounts you’re stuck with. They also force insurance on you, which is also inflated. Next, after them sneaking all these fine print items, you pay on the 1st of each month. Even when you pay your balance, it will always have next month’s balance added to the account within a few hours. Visually just adding stress. 15 days past due because of all the now additional late fees, not fee, fees, they will not only lock you out your unit, but they now are ready to move your items to auction. The entire thing is a con and gimmick. Not transparent with their plans to basically leave you broke while robbing you. You know politics. Right now, for a small unit, mine is $180 plus insurance, $200. It’s like damn, I didn’t know I stored my things on soil filled with gold. - Point is, all storage units suck and this one takes the cake for suck. To their lack of customer service support for a national brand, down to scheduled payments, or care about you or your stuff. You’re just a lock number to them, ready to mark it out and flip to another one.
