So far so good! Rented the size we needed online. Got a nice message from the office letting us know all the details we would need. In addition we got detailed written instructions by email to get access to the unit. You can open the access door with an app on your phone which is very helpful. No problems with elevators or finding a cart to use. Lights and AC all good too!

I enjoyed this place! Staff was nice and made everything easy. Whenever I had a question, they never made me feel like a bother their answers were quick and detailed. While I was renting, the only inconvenience was the elevator in my building breaking but even then, they were communicative and the new elevator works better and should be good for awhile haha
