Rent at your own risk. We rented at the Cedar Hill site on Kenya St. 24 HR surveillance my ass!! Our unit got broken into, and now we found out that not only do thier cameras not work, they have not worked in a long time and they knew about it and have done absolutely nothing to fix the issue! How do you advertise a secure facility knowing that there is nothing secure about it in any way and you lie to the people who you rent to!

I like how easy and fast I was able to get a storage unit but I’m very disappointed with management not returning my calls. I got my storage unit on the 23rd. I returned the lock the same day and have been reaching out to the number and leaving voicemails to request a refund for the lock but no one has returned my calls. I’ve already called twice and left two voicemails. I’m very disappointed with this, I just want my refund for the lock I already returned. Update, the property manager has not gotten back to me after leaving 7 voicemails! What type of manager doesn’t respond to voicemails? The company needs to look into hiring someone else for this position who will actually respond to customers.

BRITTNEY WAS AWESOME!!!!! There was a technical issue on the site that wasn’t allowing me make my payment. Went into the closet location and BRITTNEY did her thang. It took a little minute to find my account but she was patient and so professional. Thank you so much Brittney.

Thanks to the wonderful lady Brittany I was able to get a good rate that is manageable for me to pay not only that but she was quick, knowledgeable, very patient and talked with professionalism the size of the storage when receiving it was a great size and cleaned no problem from myside of view. I really recommend coming here if you want respect, quickness, clean, and many more.

This is the most untreated self storage facility I have ever seen in my life. There was rat droppings and raccoon fur on every item in my unit. They told me if I moved out on the first I would only be charged for that day. They are charging me for the entire month, which is unfair. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are extremely high and continue to go up on the rent every other month. The grounds are not treated enough to be so expensive.
