This Extra Space Storage is simply amazing! Ron, the property manager is on-site throughout the week, where many other storage places do not have anybody. Ron is friendly and gracious and went above and beyond the norm to ensure my storage concerns and needs were thoroughly addressed. He was extremely flexible in making arrangements for me, as my move-in date changed a couple of times. This proved to be no problem at all for Ron. He made just the right number of phone calls and emails to ensure my needs were met, without ever being impulsive or pushy. Upon my initial tour of his facility, I was so impressed that it was so clean, with no trash or signs of any insect or rodent problem, exactly what every person has in mind when looking for storage. The buildings that house the climate-controlled storage units are immaculate and secure. Ron's method of management is quite refreshing for his simple and easy-going approach, yet leaves me with no concerns for my items, as there is plenty of bright lighting, a security gate and a security system firmly in place. His prices were very competitive and in fact, were less than I anticipated for such a nice storage facility. I have been so blown-away by everything I have seen at Ron's Extra Space Storage facility thus far, and I highly recommend you take a tour should you need his services. I loved my experience with Extra Storage. The reason I went with Extra Storage is because of Ron the office manager customer service. I was looking at 3 different places and he was what made me change my mind. first of all, he was actually in office while other storage unit places do not have a person in office and you have to Call them to be able to get assistance. Ron answered all the questions I had and was telling me affordable options that worked best for my budget. Thank you Ron!!! He needs a raise!!
