Our unit is clearly broken into Possibly by someone who works here because I don’t see a forced break. I made the mistake of trusting their lock instead of getting my own. They took a bag and a gold ring.

I just started using the 5’ x 7’ x 8’ storage unit and it is working great for me! Plus the hallways are so easy to access for movning my items back and forth. Management is very nice, communicative and overall great! I will update later when I have kept this unit for longer, but so far so good!

I recently rented a storage unit at CubeSmart on 613 N Fwy in Fort Worth, and I have to say – the experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Brianna the manager is a complete liar! She said they have signs about asphalt being done and where and not to go. I called because they had the gate wide open, no signs of where and not to go due to using cheap asphalt to cover broken pavement. Unfortunately my storage unit happened to be in an area that seemed to be completed, so I proceeded to my unit I pay for. Once again no signs on not to enter area because cheap asphalt wasn’t finished curing. Please see picture of alleged no “warning signs” of anything down my storage alley. I had to walk all the way to the end of the entire building with my belongings because of the inconvenience and incompetence. Not sure who set this up, but apparently this company is using the cheapest company to replace asphalt and they had no ideas about having signs. That’s the first class of hazmat training, clearly they aren’t certified. Even the city ad signs to areas they’ve completed so no one will walk on it. They were so concerned about the asphalt and not my safety. I will be moving my belongings asap! You guys could’ve at least paid a little bit extra to have this done over night where people don’t have access to their units. But once again, I’m not the one making the decisions. I wish this company the best luck! Please also work on removing urine smells of homeless people breaking in and urinating all over there new asphalt. Hopefully one day cube smart can afford concrete.
