COCKROACHES!BUGS!NASTY SMELLS! Do not rent from this location! I'm going to post pictures. All these reviews are fake! Or if you leave a negative review they call you and offer you free rent to take it down. All of my furniture has bugs and smells horrible! I'm going to have to buy all new furniture. This place is disgusting. Walk through the doors of the climate controlled units in the 4200 side and it's so bad. If you want your stuff ruined store your stuff here. I have rented here for over 4 years and paid all of that money for all of my stuff to be ruined and I am having to buy everything over. This place is ridiculous.

Jonathan is the best!!! He made my check in process so simple and easy. And every time I come he is so helpful. He is better than the app!!!!! Facility is nice, clean and quiet. Love this location!!

I went to check out the available spaces. I was so impressed with the manager Jonathan. Everything was very clean and well maintained! He was extremely professional. I will be back to rent a space! Great manager and quality spaces.

Kelly was amazing! She took a complicated situation and simplified it. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She cut through red tape like it was better! She should be training ALL the staff for the company. Great experience….

So far the facility is fine, but the manager or district manager need to include an accessible bathroom for it’s patrons to use when they are on sight. Other facilities public storage competitors do accommodate, Also the powers that be need to check all the entry panels the door on the far side that has access to the units that are numbered in the 5000 is always not working. In addition, all the doors need to have kick stands, some do sone don’t.
