I enjoyed taking care of literally everything online. The facility is clean and in a very quiet area. I've had zero issues with rodents, and minimal issues with insects (even though it's in Texas) I would highly recommend Honeycrisp Self Storage to anyone looking for a place to keep their 'extra' stuff.

Buyer beware! Do not rent from Honeycrisp Self Storage. These people are shysters and they will not let you out of the contract, EVER. I called twice to terminate my agreement prior to the end of the month. The contract says, "This agreement will start on xx/xx/xxxx and will continue as a month to month tenancy until such time as it is terminated by either party. The minimum term is 1 month. There will be no refund of rent even if lessee does not put property in the space." They did nothing at that point and acted as if they could not understand a word I was saying. After that, I put it in writing. I attached a signed letter as a PDF to my written notification. They responded by saying thank you and that they uploaded the documents to my account. That's it, no confirmation about terminating the lease. A few things that should have raised my suspicion is that there is no one on site and that the property is not gated. Then there was this: "We are sending this notice to inform you that your rental rate on unit xx is increasing from $109.00 to $124.00. This letter serves as your thirty (30) day notice for the rate change." The notification was sent the same day we finalized our agreement on the unit.

Online booking was fast and easy. Facility was easy to find and clean. I needed to reserve a larger unit after seeing the size I had reserved and customer service was wonderful.

We had such a good experience with Honeycrisp storage !! We never had any issues with the units and when we moved out there was no issue at all closing our account.
