I set out to find a storage unit last weekend only to learn there are many to choose from in my area however many of the office workers were not there or out on property. It became annoying. After looking at 3 other storage facilities I realized the importance of customer service. My last stop being Public Storage on Pioneer in Arlington. Not only was the office open, I was immediately greeted by Veronica and provided all the necessary information along with viewing various sizes of the units in my price range. I'll be making a decision soon and though Public Storage unfortunately wasn't the least expensive, it definitely provided customer service and convenience.

Thanks to the technology, now everyone can see the experiences through Google feedback. Today, I had AN EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE, in the Location near to Walmart. 1102 Pioneer, in Grand Prairie. Mayra, not only possess the knowledge and experience to help with a great customer service, but with that ATTITUDE. It seems to me that she loves what she is doing. And honestly, overpassed my expectations. I'm struggling with my unit rental, but she offered solutions and she knows how to KEEP THE BALANCE BETWEEN BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mayra and Kale, both are a good team. I lived 30 years in California, and Texas has been in 5 years the reason why I was disappointed MANY TIMES. Today, I want to share with you about this experience, because I am sure EVERYONE EXPECTS TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, KINDNESS AND EFFORTS TO SERVE. HERE IS THE RIGHT PLACE !!! We must be aware of this, the Company strength is not always based on their name at all, but IN THE PERSONAL BEHIND THE NAME... PUBLIC STORAGE , is the right place to get the perfect size you look for, the best price and discount on the first time....... THANKS AGAIN TO MAYRA AND KALE.. MAYRA, YOU'RE AMAZING!!!

We've been at this location since before PS took over. When PS took over it went down hill so bad for a while. Somewhere between the public complaints till now there has been big improvement and I am very pleased with care of the location and customer service. Myra has made things so much easier. She's been the best interaction since PS has taken over this location. Will be personally coming to every time I need help, have questions or concerns. This girl makes things happen and we're loving it.
